I grew up in the Midwest, in Wisconsin. I Graduated from Marquette University with a double major in Economics and Finance.

• 1970 -1975 worked as a real estate agent for a large firm in Milwaukee. I had the second highest sales production in the office in the 2nd yr.
• 1975 moved to Anchorage and worked for Alaska Title Guarantee as a title examiner
• 1977 Marston Real Estate - real estate agent
• 1981 Started my own residential brokerage business along with a property management dept.
• 1983 developed a 14 acre lake front subdivision in the Mat Su Valley. I became a contactor while running my brokerage office.
• 1984 During the recession, my firm became one of 7 firms to be a primary broker for Fannie Mae.
• 1996 Joined RE/MAX.
• 1996 Began acquiring investment properties (single family duplexes) securing my own Financial Footprint!
• 2000 Purchased single family home in Westchester Lagoon. 
• 2000 Began Training Yellow Lab Retrievers in The Valley and Wisconsin.
• 2010 Started raising honeybee hives.
• 2014 Dynamic merged w/ RE/MAX which is now the largest brokerage in Anchorage and in the RE/MAX network Nationwide.
